Wow! Mitzi, I can’t believe how powerful the sessions with you are. When I work with you, I may start out our timefeeling disempowered, or “in my stuff” which gets in the way of me truly shining my light in the world. You are anamazing combination of loving support and gentle ‘butt kicking’ (in a spiritual way, of course)  which gets me back on the path to finding my own answers, and feeling more connected to the presence and power of God in my life.

You have helped me when I have had personal crises in my relationships, challenges with health, and just the daily issues from being a single mom and business owner. I know when I work with you that I will walk away with more clarity, more sense of possibility, more inspiration, and a clear plan for how to achieve that. You are truly brilliant.

Sometimes we find ourselves lost in life and surrounded by darkness. It becomes a daily struggle to navigate through the confusion to find the right path and to feel the light  again.  Rev. Dr. Mitzi Lynton offers that help. Not only does she provide gentle guidance to break through the murkiness, she also has an intuitive, down-to-earth style, that made me feel at ease from the moment I met her. She helped me to the find the light and joy I had been missing for too long. Her insight has given me the tools necessary to stand strong in the face of my own adversities. It’s been a blessing to know I can always reach out and receive the support I need to whatever comes my way.

I had to write to tell you about the manifestations from this week, just days after the vision boarding session. On my board, I put building Jazzercise, my business, and my income. I also posted a picture of three Jazzercise colleagues and me because I would love to start classes that they can teach with me.
On Tuesday I got a call from the fitness center manager at a facility where I’ve just started two new classes.  I’ve only taught there three times so far, but she was already calling to offer me two more slots on Saturday mornings – a prime time for big classes. I immediately thought of my friends, and one will be alternating Saturdays with me. I should also note that, unlike the classes I attempted to start last year, these classes and the staff at the facility are wonderful!

Thanks, Mitzi!

I am so grateful for Mitzi.  Several times I have needed spiritual guidance and support and she was there for me, like a rock.  One instance in particular, was last year after the tragic death of a toddler while at work. I was preoccupied with many thoughts of death and loss, and really could not focus on my busy
daily life. I called Mitzi, in desperate pain. She helped me sort out my feelings. She talked to me about death and our soul’s journey. She educated me. She prayed with me. I was able to refocus and gained some peace with a very troubling experience.

In a very brief time period, Dr. Mitzi helped me make major progress toward my goal of radically transforming my life. Her warmth, spiritual insights and unwavering belief in me inspired me to tackle areas that were keeping me stuck – including deep resentments resulting in long-term isolation and illness. Through a process I initially didn’t know I had the courage to execute, Dr. Mitzi’s powerful support and expertise guided me through a forgiveness process that continues to radically transform who I am becoming spiritually, emotionally and physically. For the first time in years, I feel well and excited about life. Dr. Mitzi’s practice of beginning and ending each session with prayer profoundly enhanced each miraculous session. Today, I truly feel reborn and am experiencing a renewed sense of wonder and belief about the power of inner work. Not for the faint of heart, Dr. Mitzi’s coaching and counseling sessions are well worth the effort! She truly is one of my angels.

I found my way to Mitzi at a time when I was feeling very bottomed out, overwhelmed and confused. My marriage, my career, my finances… nothing
was where I wanted it to be at that moment. Mitzi has an amazing ability to get right to the heart of important matters, but in such a delicate, gentle way. If you ever thought that "medicine" has to be awful to really help you, it doesn’t have to be that way at all with Mitzi. She helped me to see many things with a fresh perspective, and find courage, comfort and direction within myself at a time when I was so wound up that the tiniest thing could reduce me to tears. I credit Mitzi with dramatically helping my marriage, even saving it from the brink of disaster, as well as helping me breathe new life and enthusiasm into my business and career. There was no topic that I was unable to discuss with her, and she had useful insights for every situation.

When I lost my 98 year old mother I was surprised at the grief that welled up unexpectedly many times during the days following her death. Certainly, her transition was expected and I had said my good-byes. My mother and I had a deep spiritual connection and similar beliefs about spiritual/metaphysical concepts. I was joyous that she was out of her frail body but a huge hole remained in my heart and my life.

I attended Dr. Mitzi’s grief support group once a week for about 6 weeks. My grief was honored and lovingly transformed into a deeper level of love and connection with my mother. I was also given the privilege of witnessing and helping support other group members as they worked with their feelings and shared their stories of loss. I learned valuable tools for being a caring friend to others during these times from Dr. Mitzi’s example during our gatherings

Dr. Mitzi has a powerful ability to soften the edges of life’s challenges with delicate words, sweet understanding smiles and warm hugs. She shares from her own life’s challenges as is appropriate which made me feel a familial closeness during our time together. Her sharing created a comfort level that gave me permission to reveal things I might not have felt safe sharing without her openness. I am grateful to her for seeing how necessary it is to share our grief as well as our joy in a community setting and for providing a space for and giving her time to that process. Dr. Mitzi created small intimate circles of safety for all of us to find a path to the other side of our pain. I am grateful.
